As a qualified psychotherapist, I am passionate about helping individuals navigate through life's challenges. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space for my clients to explore their thoughts and emotions. My approach is client-centered, with a person-centred foundation, and I am dedicated to providing personalised care to meet each client's needs. I am also a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
EXPERIENCE
I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations facing various mental health concerns. My professional journey has equipped me with the skills and insights necessary to guide individuals towards healing and growth. I have experience working with Women's Aid, young people under the care of the local authority and have spent time volunteering for local CICs- U&I Counselling and County Counselling.
EDUCATION
I have obtained a degree in Psychology from The University of Liverpool, where I honed my expertise in understanding human behaviour and psychological processes. I have a level 4 Diploma in Counselling through the CPCAB. Additionally, I have attended many additional trainings to enhance my ability to address a wide range of mental health issues.
SPECIALTIES
My therapeutic practice encompasses support for adults over 18. I specialise in providing individual therapy, addressing relationship issues, stress, trauma, grief, anxiety disorders, depression, OCD, domestic abuse and addiction, to name a few.
