EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based psychotherapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. Using guided bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements, tapping or sounds), EMDR helps reduce the emotional impact of difficult memories so they become less overwhelming.
EMDR is commonly used to treat trauma and PTSD, but it can also be effective for anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, low self-esteem, grief, and distress linked to adverse life experiences. It aims to help you feel less stuck in the past and more able to move forward.
I book EMDR sessions in blocks of 5 (to get the best outcomes for you).
A block of 5 sessions if £350 plus a FREE introductory session at the start (so 6 sessions in total). Sessions are 50 minutes long each)
