Benefits of online therapy

There are many benefits of online therapy. It is more accessible (for people who have mobility issues, are unable to leave the home, or cannot drive to face to face sessions). Can access it from anywhere in the world- great for people who travel around a lot. It saves money on travel costs. Some people find it easier to be in the comfort of their own home.
