I only work with those over the age of 18. See below the range of services I offer. Please note that I offer concession prices for students, over 65's, NHS staff and people in receipt of Universal Credit.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and happen once a week (sometimes every other week depending on the clients needs).
Face To Face Therapy
50 minute session in my home office, based in Llansantffraid-ym-Mechain.
£45 per session
£40 per session for concessions*
Online Therapy
50 minute session online, using Google Meet.

Walk and Talk Therapy
50 minute session outdoors, in one of 3 locations on the Powys/ Shropshire border.

EMDR therapy
50 minute sessions online or face to face in Llansantffraid
£350 for a block of 5 sessions, plus a FREE introductory session (so 6 session in total).
*Concession prices apply to over 65's, students, NHS workers and people receiving Universal Credit.
